Say Hi to Sarah Hannell

Sarah Hannell, Community Support Worker

I am excited to have recently joined the team here at Trowbridge Future. I am mainly based at the Shires hub so please pop by and say hello. 

I have been so fortunate to have a varied career within health and social care so come with a lot of experience I am extremely happy to put to good use. I recently completed my BA honours in Health and Social care, something I am very proud of achieving later in life. 

I have worked in the fields of learning disability nursing, community mental health, addiction, criminal justice and social services. I am deeply committed to breaking down barriers that limit access to support, particularly for the most vulnerable in our community and I aim to be an empathetic, friendly presence that helps someone feel seen and heard. I look forward to meeting with you.
