If you’re ready to take positive steps towards improving your health and happiness, join the 6-week Wellbeing Workshop. Designed for adults registered at Trowbridge Health Centre or Lovemead Group Practice, this friendly and supportive group will help you explore practical ways to build lasting healthy habits.

Over six sessions, we’ll look at the five pillars of wellbeing:

  • 🌙 Sleep: How to rest and recharge effectively

  • 🏃 Movement: Finding enjoyable ways to be active

  • 💬 Emotional Wellbeing: Managing stress and improving mood

  • 🍎 Healthy Eating: Making balanced choices that work for you

  • 🤝 Social Connection: Building support and belonging

When: Mondays, starting 2nd February, from 2 – 3 pm

Where: Seymour Community Hub


Duration: 6 consecutive weeks

Whether you’re looking to boost your energy, improve your mood, or simply make small, sustainable changes, this workshop offers a great place to start.
