Meet The Volunteers

Keri Harvey
Hi I’m Keri. Born and bred in Trowbridge, I have three children who are growing up fast. I am passionate about good mental health and have achieved an NVQ 2 recently. I am now pushing myself to qualify as a counsellor. In my spare time I love DIY, woodwork and all things creative.

Neil Meaden
Neil volunteers for us driving our rental van to collect unsold food waste that is distributed from our three community fridges on a weekly basis. He also carries out routine maintenance and monitors general wear and tear of the vehicle. He has worked in the motor industry for 34 years, 27 of those at National Windscreens. He has manual handling and food hygiene certificates.

Robert Colebourne
I was interested in volunteering at the Community Hub as I always like helping people making sure that they get support and a friendly greeting. I sort out any problems they have and pass on to the correct people, and try to get answers back quickly. It is a pleasure to know that you have helped someone and they go home feeling like someone has helped them.

Sarah Doman
I came to the Hub for help to write my P.I.P. application and also my Universal Credit application. Once I found out what goes on in the Hub I decided that I wanted to get involved.
I help out in the Hub meeting people and making them feel welcome.
