Current Projects
£100 Business Challenge
Following the success of last year’s £100 Business Challenge, we
are seeking local businesses in the Trowbridge area between the 1st September and the 31st October 2024 to have a little fun with us and to each try and raise £100 to help us continue running our youth services.
We don’t mind how you chose to participate, you can be as imaginative and creative as you like! You and your colleagues could help us raise these funds for our young people by hosting a bake sale, going on a sponsored walk, rattling a collection tin around your office, a fancy dress day or even throwing yourself out of an aeroplane… we strongly recommend taking a parachute obviously!
Last years winners Stone Development Wiltshire Limited raised a huge £697.50 just by holding a fancy dress day on their building site.

Community Fridge
We have established 3 Community Fridges in our priority areas of Longfield, Seymour and Studley Green, re-distributing unsold food from local supermarkets and a bakery. This project is about ‘feeding bellies not bins’. This supports the campaign against food waste and supports the Wiltshire Council’s policy to become carbon neutral by 2030. Trowbridge Future identify other essential food and household items that they purchase and provide to families who are in need. Where possible, we facilitate referrals to the food bank but they are limited to 3 visits a year. In 2022 we are looking to develop a community allotment that will help to create further sustainable food sources and bring people to get to create great support networks amongst the community.
Youth Ambassadors
We are pleased to be launching our Youth Ambassador programme in January 2022. We will have youth representative from our youth sessions that will form a Youth Committee that will support the ongoing development and governance of our organisation.
