ميج أوبري
عملت ميج في القطاع التطوعي على مدار العشرين عامًا الماضية ، وتخصصت في العمل الشبابي والمجتمعي. عملت سابقًا في لندن وشمال تينيسايد. تدير ميج شركتها الاستشارية الخاصة Paperboat ، والتي أجرت مجموعة واسعة من أعمال التقييم والتقييم والبحث للمنظمات المانحة للمنح والمشاريع الممولة من القطاع العام. ميج حاصلة على شهادة في العلوم الاجتماعية من جامعة نيوكاسل. هي معلمة مؤهلة وتحمل درجة الماجستير في التربية التنموية ، معهد التعليم ، جامعة كاليفورنيا. تم تدريبها في التقييم التشاركي ، جامعة نورثمبريا. ميج عضو نشط في معسكرات مدرسة فوريست وتتطوع بانتظام لاصطحاب الشباب في معسكرات سكنية.

زوي ميدن
كانت زوي سابقًا مديرة تسويق لمؤسسة كبيرة ، ولديها ثروة من مهارات التسويق وإدارة الحملات بما في ذلك العلاقات العامة والاتصالات والتسويق الرقمي وإدارة الوسائط الاجتماعية واستراتيجية التسويق والتنفيذ. تتمتع زوي أيضًا بخبرة في جمع التبرعات ، وكانت مديرة تحدي وايت هورس لمدة عشر سنوات ، وهي قضية خيرية سنوية جمعت أكثر من 168 ألف جنيه إسترليني في ذلك الوقت لصالح شركة ويلتشير للإسعاف الجوي. وهي مصممة مؤهلة ولديها مؤهلات في ممارسة التوظيف وقانون العمل وشهادة ILM في الإدارة. حصلت مؤخرًا على الإسعافات الأولية الطارئة في العمل وحماية المؤسسة. وهي أيضًا مدربة في Menntal Health First Aider.

ديبورا ماكلين
عملت ديبورا (دبس) في Trowbridge Future منذ فبراير 2019 ، قبل ذلك عملت Debs لمدة 15 عامًا في مدرسة سكنية متخصصة للتوحد ومتلازمة أسبرجر والاضطرابات الأخرى ذات الصلة كعاملة دعم أول ومسؤول مكافحة التنمر. حصلت Debs على المستوى NVQ 3 في تأهيل رعاية الأطفال والشباب ، والحصول على شهادة التعليم العالي في الأفراد والعمل والمجتمعات - بامتياز وشهادة حماية متقدمة من WSCB من بين تدريب داخلي وخارجي آخر. تقضي دبس أيضًا بعض وقتها في التوجيه داخل مدرسة John of Gaunt المحلية في Trowbridge والقيام بأعمال التوعية الشبابية.

تيلي فاولز
عملت Talitha في Trowbridge Future كعاملة دعم للشباب منذ ديسمبر 2018 وتعمل أيضًا بدوام كامل في مدرسة Castlemead الابتدائية كمساعد دعم التعلم. حصل تيلي على درجة البكالوريوس مع مرتبة الشرف في الدراسات التربوية من جامعة جلوسيسترشاير وحاصل على برنامج جوائز تدريب الجمباز ومؤهلات NPLQ Lifeguarding. تيلي مبدعة للغاية وتصنع أشياء يدوية تبيعها في أماكن مختلفة.

Pamela Walden-Woods
Pam is thrilled to have joined this dynamic and much loved charity. Having worked for Relate Mid Wilshire in Trowbridge for many years she is bringing with her a passion for supporting people and families to get the best out of life, whatever their circumstances and challenges.
She works daily at Trowbridge Community Hub meeting people and offering signposting and support.
She lives locally with family and grandchildren to keep her busy outside work.

ناريمان إسماعيل

Soumia Chafik
Soumia is responsible for co-ordinating the collection and distribution of food for the Community Fridges. She is an experienced food handler, with a background in food delivery with a National take away chain.
She has food hygiene and safeguarding qualifications.
Community Support Worker
Ellen Hendry
Ellen started working as a Community Support Worker with Trowbridge Future in April 2023. She grew up in Trowbridge and is very excited to be based in The Shires, getting to know the Hub community. Ellen completed an English Language and Literature degree at Oxford University. While at university, she volunteered with various local and regional charities focussing on food distribution, support for people on low incomes, and community help.
Ellen enjoys visiting stone circles and watching live music in her spare time.

Lynsey Stevens
Lynsey is a people person with a background in education, events organisation and fundraising.
She runs our weekly craft groups and commmunity cafes on the Seymour and Studley Green estates.
She always has a smile on her face and likes to make everyone feel welcome.
She has a passion for diversity and inclusion.

كوفو أولودار

Youth Support Worker
Emily Andrews
Emily has worked for Trowbridge Future as a youth support worker since November 2021 and she also works full time at Studley Green Primary school as a Learning Support Assistant. Emily has a level 2 and level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning which she completed as an apprentice though Wiltshire College.
During her spare time, Emily likes to go shopping to keep up with the latest fashion trends and she also loves to bake!
Youth Support Worker
Harry Rutty
Harry started working as a Youth Support Worker for Trowbridge Future in June 2022. Harry has a huge passion for sports and can often be found outdoors in the MUGA leading a game of football amongst the young people. He holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Sports Science from the University of Loughborough. Harry is a very keen footballer and spends most of his spare time playing matches all around the country.

Daniel Townsend
Dan is a Youth Support Worker at Trowbridge Future and has been working with us since September 2022. He is very sporty and has a Degree in Sports Development and Coaching Science. As well as helping run our youth clubs, Dan is also completing his Secondary PGCE in PE and Maths. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing football, going to the gym and he also likes boxing.

Emma Yeomans
Emma began working for Trowbridge Future as a Youth Support Worker in July 2022. Emma’s professional background is in Early Years and Special Educational Needs Education. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree from Bath University in Childhood Studies and a Masters Degree in Child Forensic Psychology and Law from the University of Portsmouth. In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for Olio.
