Trowbridge Future is a growing charity at an exciting time in its development. We are in the process of opening a dedicated youth space and a larger community hub in the centre of Trowbridge. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can help us to ensure our long-term sustainability by consolidating new funding, sponsorship and income generation opportunities. We have recently secured 4-year National Lottery funding which offers a fantastic springboard for this postholder to build on.
The postholder will lead on identifying potential funding opportunities and completing high-quality funding applications. We are seeking an experienced fundraiser who will help diverse income streams, grow our unrestricted income and support our digital communications.

Trowbridge Future will enhance the life of the community of Trowbridge, by giving a voice to the most vulnerable, to see the change they want to see in their town.
Trowbridge Future aims to develop the skills and capacities of the residents of the disadvantaged communities of Trowbridge and surrounding areas. This will be achieved by providing local people with the opportunities to come together and build strong relationships, to help them feel better about where they live and support them in improving their community and the things that matter to them.
Trowbridge Future has two core programmes areas:
Community - To support local residents to come together and respond to issues of concern to improve their lives and the area in which they live. Building relationships and peer support, to enable ongoing, positive journeys of change.
Youth - To provide sustainable, regular and holistic youth activities in Trowbridge and encourage the young people of the town to reach their full potential in their personal and social development through informal learning and participation in empowering and constructive activities within a safe, non-judgemental environment.
